This followed the proclamation of the Assembly by Governor Seyi Makinde.
Ogundoyin, who was the Speaker of the 9th Assembly, emerged as Speaker of the 10th Assembly unopposed, while Muhammed Fadeyi representing the Ona-Ara state constituency, was elected Deputy Speaker.
The move follows another raid of his hotel where more dangerous weapons were recovered on Thursday.
Channels Television reports that policemen had stormed Auxiliary’s Ibadan residence recovering weapons and ammunition.
During the operation, the suspect reportedly escaped, while some of his lieutenants were however arrested by the police.

Held at the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium, Oke-Ado Ibadan, the second term inauguration of the governor witnessed a large turnout of his political associates, friends and family, who converged on the venue to witness the event.
As of the time of filing this report, security personnel are strategically located at the venue if the inauguration to prevent any possible breakdown of law and order.
