Dear YDC Friend,

The Youth Development Centre (YDC) in partnership with Nigerian-German Centre for Jobs, Migration & Reintegration (NGC) present a 2-Day Career PATH Training.

Career PATH Training

The “Career PATH” (Prospective ways to Acquire Techniques and Harness potentials) training is one of the #employability and self-development programs of the Nigerian-German Centre for Jobs, Migration & Reintegration (NGC).  

It is targeted at Nigerian Youths, returning and intending migrants. Its main purpose is to train Youths to discover/identify their potential through soft skill training.

Objectives

·      To provide requisite employability and career enhancing skills to unemployed Youths.

·      To develop entrepreneurial skills in young people.

·      Facilitate acquisition of job experience through exposure to internship opportunities.

·      Promote networking and opportunity sharing among young people.

·      Instill self-confidence.

Modules Covered

·        Occupational guidance

·        Introduction of Emerging Opportunities within the Nigerian Economic space.

·        Entrepreneurial thinking

·        Job Placement Training (CV, Motivational letter writing, interview tips etc.)

·        SWOT Analysis and Career/Growth Plan

·        Study in Germany

·        Professional Grooming/Etiquette

Training Fee: Free

Refreshment: Tea Break and Lunch will be served.

Date: 11th and 12th April, 2019.

Time: 9.00am – 3.30pm

Venue: Youth Development Centre, Olusegun Obasanjo                  Presidential Library,

           Oke Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
